Systems Of Management Of The Food Security According to ISO Norm 22000, IFS, BRC and Others
This course is directed the technical personnel and professionals of the food industry who need to acquire the basic knowledge of the different systems of management of the food safety that they can implan in their industries, for such of guaranteeing the innocuousness of the food that produce.
The course offers to the professionals the necessary tools of knowledge and decision to choose the system adapted to their needs and gives a global vision of the systems of insurance of the quality.
