PROJECT CENIT FUTURAL

Futural is the acrónimo of the Project " Contribution with the New Technologies in the obtaining of future food also documented as future food: more assurances, more nourishing, more suitable and more intelligent ".

The project approved in the third summons of the Program ZENITH the year 2007 placed in the initiative I devise 2010 and directed when public - private road foments the cooperation in I+D+i and it has a duration of 4 years concluding in December, 2010.

The Center of Technological Industrial Development (CDTI) is going to destine a whole of 9 million Euros to the Project in the shape of subsidy being the total budget accepted of approximately 21 million Euros.

The Consortium is formed by 24 companies of the food-processing sector and 12 state organisms of investigation. The Coordination of the Project relapses on the public organism of investigation IRTA and the own tasks of a Project office fulfils the consulting Deloitte.

Approached the equator of the project Cenith Futural and with the purpose that the Consortium has one more tool to report to the sectors public and deprived of them investigations, has created the Web of the Project Cenith Futural.
